Residential and Commercial Cleaning
Below you will find additional services that we provide
No two jobs are the same so we can not set a base price. If you would like a very rough average estimate for residential places you can expect somewhere around $50 a room.
This is only a rough estimate for a more precise quote and negotiations please contact us
Upon arrival our cleaners will do a quick walkaround of the final property at which point they will decide if the quoted price is sufficient or if any price adjustments need to be made.
The green option is a add on service where we provide non-toxic and renewable cleaning supplies and chemicals.
No we do not help with the packing. Our cleaners are only there to clean the property
We charge a pet fee to help cover the extra labor of cleaning shed hair, and bio waste.
We ask as well that if you have a aggressive pet you lock them up for everyone’s saftey.
For the time being we serve most of Los Angeles County. we do not serve addresses located in the high desert. (e.g. Palmdale, Lancaster)
We have plans to soon expand into the Inland Empire and Orange County
